Online Laboratory Access

submenu

In 2010, we developed the online submission and results retrieval system at urolithcenter.org.  After a six year acclimation period we are now requesting the sample information be submitted online.

Our on-line laboratory access program offers:

  • Easy account set-up for new and existing clinics.
  • Easy data entry with pull-down menus.
  • Printable packing-slip and address label.
  • E-mail alerts of sample receipt and analysis completion.
  • Fast access to results.
  • Results are sent as a PDF file to be easily utilized in your paperless clinics.

Visit our lab login page, select sign up, follow the steps to setup your online access and you will be ready to go!
See Online Instructions below for additional information.

How do I find my clinic id?

How do I find my clinic id?

Your clinic id is a 5 digit code, next to your clinic name, on the top of previous urolith results .

How to search for your clinic id?

Go to the confirm clinic id page,  leave the clinic id field blank and enter your clinic zipcode/postal code and press next to search for your clinic.  If you see your clinic listed, select Use This Clinic and continue with your account setup.  The postal codes are not case sensitive, but are space sensitive.  If you do not see your clinic listed or live in a country that does not have postal/zip codes, please contact the laboratory at 612-625-4221 or email at support@urolithcenter.org and provide us with your clinic name address.

Do we need separate accounts for each doctor in our clinic?

Do we need separate accounts for each doctor in our clinic?

No.

The system stores a separate ID# for each clinic, not for each doctor name. Each doctor/technician can set up a separate online username and password if they wish, but results will be emailed only to the clinic email set up during initial login.

If you wish to change the clinic email address, please email support@urolithcenter.org with updated information.  Please include you old and new clinic information.
